Our Company

Our Legacy

Lona Industries was founded by the Late Dr. R. K. Dhote, a pioneering entrepreneur whose vision helped establish India’s early footprint in the global pigments and intermediates industry.

From its modest beginnings, the company grew into a recognised name in Phthalocyanine Blues, Greens, Quinacridones, and other specialty pigments, supplying leading customers worldwide in coatings, plastics, inks, and allied applications.

Building on this strong foundation, Lona has entered a new chapter where we are combining decades of experience with modern systems, disciplined operations, and a renewed customer focus. With an emphasis on quality, governance, and sustainable practices, we are strengthening our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of global partners.

Today, Lona is proud to stand at the intersection of heritage and forward momentum. Guided by Dr. Dhote’s principles of excellence and reliability, we are committed to delivering consistent products, transparent processes, and lasting value. Ensuring that the trust placed in us continues to grow for years to come.
